Software Developer, Customer Solutions (m/f)

// Your responsibilities

  • As Software Developer, Customer Solutions you develop and maintain tools and scripts that enable our Digital Marketing team to improve the performance of advertising campaigns and better serve our clients.
  • You design and build innovative solutions for customer data integration together with the team.
  • You are a reliable IT interface between our clients and our internal departments.
  • You share and communicate ideas to both technical and non-technical teams as well as product management in a clear and concise language that is the parlance of each group.
  • You work closely with other development teams, our Digital Marketing team, and our clients to understand needs and define solutions.

// Your profile

  • You have either a bachelor's degree with 2+ years of work experience or a master’s degree and 1+ year of work experience. Experience equivalent to a degree will also be considered.
  • You have practical experience in JavaScript and Ruby and a solid knowledge of SQL.
  • You have the ability to analyze and simplify complex technical problems to make them comprehensible to people with varying technical skills.
  • You enjoy varied projects, you understand the value of working methodically and you take the responsibility for the delivery.
  • You have a desire to truly understand customers’ needs and strive to deliver a solution that meets those needs.
  • You have strong communications skills and you know how to maintain positive relations with clients.
  • You are an engaged, self-motivated person with an ability to work efficiently, both independently and in a team.
